These Terms of Use govern your use of the AlphaCount mobile application.
AlphaCount is developed and published under the AlphaXplore brand.
By downloading, installing, or using AlphaCount, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.
1. Use of AlphaCount
AlphaCount is a utility application designed to help users count physical cash by entering quantities of available denominations and calculating corresponding totals.
You may use AlphaCount for personal, household, educational, business, or other lawful purposes.
2. No Guarantee of Calculation Accuracy
AlphaCount performs calculations based on the denomination values and quantities entered by the user.
You are responsible for entering accurate quantities and verifying the resulting totals before relying on them for financial, business, accounting, or other purposes.
AlphaXplore does not guarantee that every result produced by the application will be suitable for a particular purpose or that the application will be free from errors in every circumstance.
3. Not Financial Advice
AlphaCount is a counting utility and does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or other professional advice.
The application does not determine the value, authenticity, ownership, legality, or condition of cash or other financial instruments.
4. Intellectual Property
AlphaCount, including its software, interface, visual design, branding, graphics, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to the AlphaXplore brand and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the application only as permitted by these Terms of Use and the applicable rules of the Apple App Store.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from AlphaCount except where such activity is permitted by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AlphaCount for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
You may not attempt to interfere with the normal operation or security of the application.
6. Availability and Changes
AlphaXplore may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue AlphaCount or any part of the application at any time.
Features, supported currencies, calculations, appearance, and other functionality may change between versions.
We do not guarantee that AlphaCount will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or future version of iOS.
7. Free and Future Paid Features
The current version of AlphaCount does not offer an active paid subscription or in-app purchase.
AlphaXplore may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other optional purchases in future versions.
Any future purchases made through the Apple App Store will also be subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
8. App Store Terms
Your use of AlphaCount is also subject to the Apple App Store's applicable terms and policies.
If any provision of these Terms of Use conflicts with mandatory provisions imposed by Apple or applicable law, those mandatory provisions will control to the extent of the conflict.
9. Third-Party Services
AlphaCount may rely on services provided by Apple for application distribution, installation, updates, and other platform functionality.
AlphaXplore is not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services that are outside its control.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaCount is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
AlphaXplore does not guarantee that the application will meet every user's requirements or that its operation will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaXplore will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from or related to your use of AlphaCount.
You remain responsible for independently verifying any result used for financial, commercial, accounting, or other important purposes.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using AlphaCount at any time by removing the application from your device.
AlphaXplore may discontinue the application or restrict access to features where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated as AlphaCount develops or as legal or operational requirements change.
Updated Terms of Use will be made available through the application and through the public Terms of Use page associated with AlphaCount.
The effective date at the beginning of this document will be updated when appropriate.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein, except where applicable mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
