AlphaCount is developed and published under the AlphaXplore brand.

This Privacy Policy explains how AlphaCount handles information when you use the app.

1. Information We Collect

AlphaCount does not currently require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or other personal information in order to use the app.

The app does not currently collect or transmit personal information to AlphaXplore.

2. Counting Data

AlphaCount allows you to enter quantities for physical cash denominations and calculates totals based on the values you enter.

The quantities and calculations used during an active counting session are processed on your device and are not transmitted by AlphaCount to AlphaXplore or to a remote server.

AlphaCount does not use your cash-counting information for advertising, profiling, or selling information to third parties.

3. Device and Usage Information

The current version of AlphaCount does not intentionally collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or behavioral tracking information through third-party analytics or advertising services.

Apple may collect information associated with your device, App Store account, or use of Apple's services according to Apple's own privacy policies. AlphaXplore does not control information collected directly by Apple.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

The current version of AlphaCount does not offer an active paid subscription or in-app purchase.

If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in a future version, the relevant purchase, billing, and subscription information will be handled through Apple's App Store and its payment systems. This Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary before such features are introduced.

5. Third-Party Services

AlphaCount does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics services.

The app may rely on services provided by Apple that are necessary for distribution, installation, updates, or operation of iOS applications. Those services are governed by Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because AlphaCount does not currently collect personal information on behalf of AlphaXplore, AlphaXplore does not maintain a personal-information database for AlphaCount users.

Information used temporarily during an active counting session remains within the app's runtime and is not transmitted to AlphaXplore.

7. Children's Privacy

AlphaCount is a general-purpose cash-counting utility and is not specifically directed to children.

AlphaCount does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data Security

We design AlphaCount to minimize unnecessary collection of information.

Because the current version does not transmit your counting information to our servers, AlphaXplore does not maintain a remote database of your counting sessions.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when AlphaCount's features, services, or data practices change.

When material changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be made available through the app and through the public Privacy Policy page associated with AlphaCount.

The effective date at the beginning of this document will be updated when appropriate.
